Shanghai – Shanghai Green Cycle Engineering Co., Ltd ( SGC) reaches the next milestone on its growth path, announced acquisition of Shanghai Zhong Huan Science and Technology Company, one specializes in providing urban road guardrails cleaning equipments and accessories. SGC is building on its own special vehicle portfolio and will become one of the major supplier nationally in this growing market.

SGC special vehicle department now has 20 products in 5 series with more than 10 patents, product portfolio includes urban road barrier cleaning vehicles, snow shovel, guardrails cleaning equipment and car. Customers include G15 Highway Management Office, Shanghai Road and Bridge Co. Ltd., Shanghai Pujiang Bridge and Tunnel Operation Management Co., Ltd, Shanghai Pujiang City Construction Industry Development Co. Ltd., Jiangxi Nanchang Environmental Sanitation Engineering Services Company, etc. These products and services are widely used in Jiangxi province Nanchang City Bridge Management Department, quickly occupied the main markets of China, which makes SGC a leading position in the highway maintenance machinery industry.　 

The guardrail cleaning device, for example, is powered by hydraulic pressure system, spin roll brush with hydraulic motor drive, speed up to 200 rpm, clean and strong, can perform automatically adjustment according to the fence height and moving forward and backward to adjust its own position. The traditional rolling brush cannot perform the close to ground surface cleaning, SGC’s products can reach as close as 5 cm from the ground floor of the super low barrier. The mechanical arm can extend upto 1.8m in guardrail cleaning, leave sanitation vehicle and guardrail enough safety distance, the operation is much easier to operate in the cab for starting, stopping, lifting and deflection.
